All congregation members offer to help him/her with the skills that they have been given and take some of the workload off, so that he can spend time with his/her spouse and children. Give him/her the time to sow into their family relationship so that they don't fall apart. Too many Pastor's marriages are falling apart and children are growing up resenting the time their Mum or Dad spent in the church. How about:
