Pastor Randy White on Pat Robertson and Haiti, Cursing Included

paula_randy_whiteYesterday on Twitter, Randy White (@RandyAWhite), ex-husband of Paula White, responded to some questions and shared his opinions about Pat Robertson and Haiti. I also want to note that he is the former pastor of Without Walls International Church in Tampa, FL. You can read Randy’s thoughts below.

“Alot of ppl r asking me about pat robertson comment on haiti.”

“I am speachless . what a terrible thing 2 say and not true . . when my daughter died and was sick i had the same things said to me”

“I was told to repent . i was told i tainted the pulpit . . ect . i learned so much about the body of christ . its anything but that.”

“Oh as far as the comments to me and the actions . i forgive they r just stupid narrow minded religious idiots .”

“And as far as pat robertson . . he is full of shit . dnt like what i say delete me from your ph .”

“Ppl r now asking me did i get hacked into . . no thats me . wake up watch the news cnn . . come on . give me a break”

“And ppl say god did it ? what ? come on . and again read ur bible jesus was real . he used words much stronger than me .”

“Hey again . dnt like it . get off my f.b and twitter . . cant stand religion anyway . no lost .”

“u dnt pay me . and paula nor without walls . have anything to do with my comments .”

“U dnt have to defend me . i learned to be true to my god and to myself . . and pat robertson is still full of shit .”

It always shocks me when ministers resort to using profanity. I just don’t understand it. You think if anyone would be above using that type of language it would be a minister of the Gospel.

Yes, Jesus used strong language. However, I refuse to believe that if Jesus would resort to profanity if he walked to Earth today. Call me naive, but the God I serve doesn’t operate like that.

I’m not sure what caused Randy White to go off on that rant. These are the types of words you expect someone to blurt out when they are intoxicated. I don’t think intoxication played a role in this situation.

Pastor White is clearly hurting. I’m not sure what the cause is, but these are definitely the words of a hurt man (in my opinion). Add Randy White to you prayer list. It is obvious that he could benefit from a few people interceding on his behalf.

How would you feel if your pastor made comments like this?

    Dear Mr. Robertson:

    You are one those people in America for whom I had a lot of respect for what I thought you represented in the Christian world. Unfortunately, you’ve just uprooted that belief out of me for stating your unchristian / ungodly position via-à-vis the Haitian people in the midst of such tragedy.

    You have stated last night, and I quote: “Something happened a long time ago in Haiti; they’ve got together and signed a pact to the devil. They said we will serve you if you get us free from the French, so the devil said okay it’s a deal… they have been cursed by one thing after another”, end of quote. Your declaration has indeed revealed your true character as an antichrist. First of all, you must have been in the position of being Lucifer’s personal secretary to have been able to quote so well what he said over 200 years. There is no history book that supports your statement, Mr. Robertson. Indeed, you speak on behalf of your god, not the Father of the Lord Jesus-Christ who erases each and every sin upon accepting the sacrifice of Golgotha. You must not know that the blood of Jesus breaks all barriers of curse even if it were to be true.

    Mr. Robertson, with all due respect, you have just proven your biblical incompetence by yanking texts/ideas out of their contexts to present your own false pretext to satisfy your own malfeasant ideology and reprehensible ilk. You’ve just proven the veracity of the saying: “Homo homini lupus”. Sir, I must admit that it would have been unfortunate to have had you elected as the president of the United States of America. You must have signed some kind of pact with the devil when you failed to be the republican nominee in 1987-88 presidential elections.

    Sir, the curse you’ve place on Haiti and its people has reached destination, but could not penetrate neither the country, nor the people because of the blood of Jesus that covers so many of us. It’s returning to you with full speed. Unless you repent with your mouth and from the deepest part of your soul and heart, it will fall on you. You now have an opportunity to become a servant of light and stop being a secret agent of the devil. Would you consider the offer? That’s our advice to you.

    HOW COULD A MAN OF GOD BE SO HEARTLESS. THESE PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING DAILY AND TO HAVE A 7.0 EARTHQUAKE TO HAPPEN IS VERY DIFFICULT. EVEN IN THIS TRADEGY THEY ARE STILL BLESSED. I PERSONALLY BELIEVE GOD HAS GREAT BLESSING FOR HIS PEOPLE IN HAITI. IF SIN AND A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL PLAYED A PART (IN WHICH I KNOW IT DIDN’T) IN THE EARTHQUAKE THEN THIS WHOLE WORLD WOULD BE WIPED OUT . PEOPLE IN HAITI BELIEVE IN GOD BECAUSE WE HAVE MISSIONS THERE.I PRAY FOR THE KIND OF CHRISTIAN THAT FEEL THAT THEY ARE TO TAKE ON THE JOB OF GOD . GOD DOESN’T NEED OUR HELP WE NEED HIS HELP.     can we say that Randy White is just a tad mad about what Pat Robertson said…? looking at something he said…when he said that Jesus used stronger words than he…umm, Jesus didn’t curse or use foul language! what in the world?!

    It always amazes me how Christian’s take the news as their source of truth oppose to the word, prayer and relationship. Let’s clarify something.

    A) Pat didn’t come out and make those comments of his own free will; just as Pastor Randy was asking what did he think about Pats comments, Pat was asking his opinion on what he thinks. The bible says “my people perish (die) because of a lack of knowledge.” The lack of knowledge exists when “you” don’t read or research. The Haiti people did make a pack with the devil when they were under oppression in order to gain their independence. The current president when he took office declared Haiti is a VOOHDOO country. You go figure! Would you declare your house is a Voohdo house, and then expect God to bless it? Read your bible and what happens when people make a pack with the devil. Sooner or later he come and reaps what is his. Ask Judas!

    B) No one wants to talk about the years of aide, support and Evangalism Pat’s ministry has provided to Haiti. No one talks about the money he gave and is giving to Haiti. People! Jesus is coming back and it is past time we stop reacting in our flesh and seek truth. When you do the research you will find what Pat aid the Haiti people done is true.

    Lastly, I can not agree with a possible fallen Pastor who once spoke blessings, but now possibly finds himself in the depts. of bitterness is now cursing. Blessing and cursing can proceed out of the same mouth.
    People stop reacting; be proactive and research what someone says before you down them. Bible says test the spirit by the spirit. Have you tested Pat’s words, have you examined what he said, have you research anything he said, or did you just read the headlines and then reacted. If that is the case you are in need of a deeper walk with Jesus.
