Jared Anderson, founder of Desperation Band, submits his first live, solo worship album entitled Live From My Church. While this probably isn’t the most creative title for a CD, Jared Anderson gives us an album that has some quality praise and worship tracks.
This album has a good number of songs that are tailor made for corporate worship. “Lift The Name” is one of those energetic songs that I’m sure your worship team will be singing in the next couple of weeks. Anderson recorded a live version of the hit radio song “Glorified” and it is included in this album.
I really like the song “Carrier”. It is a simple song, but the message is powerful. It talks about the mission that we have have as believers to spread the love of Jesus Christ across the world.
I don’t think any Jared Anderson or Desperation Band fans will be disappointed with this album. I would prefer if there were a couple of more up beat tracks on the album. That is just my personal preference. However, it doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the is CD.
