Ricky Dillard and New G at the 2008 Stellar Awards

Yesterday I talked about Ricky Dillard and New G’s performance at the Stellar Awards. Today, I am showing it to you. This has to absolutely be one of the greatest gospel performances that I have ever seen. I’ve seen Kirk Franklin live. I’ve seen Tye Tribbett and G.A. do their thing dozens of times. As I look at the number of people all moving together, I can’t do anything else but say that this performance was simply amazing!

    I have Worked with Ricky and he is very talented. Church folks need to stop tripping, it’s better him than Soulja Boy or Fifty cents.
    He is spreading the Gospel and having fun doing it. I have watch this video over 5x and sent it to everyone I know. The lead singer

    Thanks for the comment. Church folk will always trip. I don’t completely know why, but it happens. I hope Ricky keeps putting out more performances like this one.

Church folks need to trip, from this secular display, in the name of “Jesus”. Why is Ricky dressed up like Ru Paul and hopscotching around like a adolescent girl?? What’s with the choir, dropping their behinds to the ground? When I was in the world, they had a gogo song about a dance like that.
    Next, we’ll be defending our fornicating children by “at least they aren’t gay” or “at least he used a condom”.

    Satan really has the church fooled. BTW, who are church folk?? Those that have accepted Jesus as their Lord & Savior?!? If that’s the case, then aren’t you one?!? That’s like saying “my arm is tripping”!!

    They really look like they were having fun. I sometimes act the fool like that when I’m at home ALONE and I’m praising God while listening to some lively Gospel Music.

    I don’t have a heaven or hell but the one your making money off of does!….so so sad!

    Do we really know whether or not Ricky Dillard or any other Gospel artist is gay? I agree, that at times some artists make certain gestures that aren’t exactly the most masculine. Let’s just continue to lift them all up in prayer.
