After the earthquake in Haiti we saw many benefit concerts and songs sprout up all over the place. People also started texting donations to multiple organizations. If your life is anything like mine, I’m sure many local organizations also held collections to benefit Haiti.
These are all good and helpful things. I am confident that all of our contributions are needed and valued. However, we should not neglect our main priorities to support the people of Haiti or anyone else in need. I know this may sound harsh on the surface, but I believe that this is God’s will for our lives. Read more...

According to an article by The Christian Post, President Obama starts his day with prayer and devotion. I think that is great. Many people have looked for Obama to be the messiah that will save America. As foolish as that notion is, I’m happy that the President realizes that he can’t do his job without God’s help.
